DESCRIPTION:The first ever Cerus Fitness Festival is coming to Frederick\, CO May 20th-21st. A multi-day event composed of racing\, seminars\, music\, workouts and more\, this promises to have something for all abilities. \nThe weekend will kick off with the 5K and 1 mile kids run.  A challenging 400m obstacle Course caps off the day one. Day 2 is highlighted by the Strength Games.
