DESCRIPTION:Lace up your shoes and join us for the Demon Dash at its new course at the NAAC! We’re excited to bring this course its new home and onto dirt! Whether you are a runner or walker\, this will be a fun community event for all.\nThis year’s race will follow the high school races at the Demons Invite\, so make plans to come on out early to support them before you race. High school races start at 8:15am.

DESCRIPTION:Old school cross-country on grass with creek crossings and bale hurdles. \nThe courses are almost all grass\, mostly flat with small undulations. The 3k & 5k races start with a 1k loop followed by the 2k loop. Both loops have a wooden footbridge\, several concrete path crossings (spikes are welcome but the paths will not be covered)\, a creek crossing\, and bale jumps. \nFor complete information and to register\, visit the race website.
