DESCRIPTION:Spend this July 4th down in Buena Vista and join in the Independence Freedom 5K.  This unique course\, while showing off the beauty of BV\, includes approximately 2 miles on paved roads. The middle mile is on a dirt path that follows along the Arkansas River. This is a family friendly trail suitable for walkers and strollers as well. DESCRIPTION:The Autumn Run is held each year on the third weekend in September\, in and around the historic\, friendly\, and picturesque town of Buena Vista\, Colorado. Nestled in the upper Arkansas River Valley at the base of the Collegiate Peaks\, the Autumn Run has one of the most beautiful courses in Colorado. ​\n​\nThis run is stroller friendly! There may be a few bumpy sections on trail\, but overall it’s very smooth.
