Track Workouts at Highlands Ranch HS

Speed work is a great way to shake up your routine and take your running to the next level. Each week features a structured workout from Coach Jen at Perseverance Training that can be modified for all levels. Not into speed—or just looking for some company while you run? You’re still welcome to join.

📍 When: Every Tuesday, 6:00–7:00 am
📍 Where: Highlands Ranch High School track
🚗 Parking: Falcon Park (short walk/run to the track)

Workouts will be sent out ahead of time in the email newsletter so you know exactly what to expect.
