Cerus Fitness Festival 5K

The first ever Cerus Fitness Festival is coming to Frederick, CO May 20th-21st. A multi-day event composed of racing, seminars, music, workouts and more, this promises to have something for all abilities.
The weekend will kick off with the 5K and 1 mile kids run. A challenging 400m obstacle Course caps off the day one. Day 2 is highlighted by the Strength Games. Mixed into both days will be workout challenges, seminars and more.
