Off-Season Training Considerations

Join Coach Hillary Osborne from Blaze Strength and Endurance to learn how to make the most of your off-season! We’ll start with a 30-minute informative session about off-season training. Hillary will share how you can learn from your previous season and work on weaknesses during the off-season so you can perform better in 2024. After the talk, there will be a chance to try out the latest Topo Athletic shoes (or wear your own) during a 40-minute workout guided by Hillary. The workout can be modified for all fitness levels and is an example of what training can look like in the off-season. This event is for athletes of all types and levels!
