Dr. Brenner is going to start providing us with healthy recipes on a regular basis (starting today!). Call Dr. Brenner (303-939-0004) today to find out how she can help you achieve your goals.

A little about what she does, from Dr. Brenner herself:

At Studholme Chiropractic we are committed to providing the highest standard of care to our patients and clients. As health care providers, we believe in promoting optimal health for every individual and do so by building relationships based on mutual respect and exceptional service. Given both the alarming rates of obesity, as well as the health consequences associated with the disease, our team decided our community needed a solution.

As a result we proudly offer the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method in our office. The Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method is a medically designed protocol that results in fat loss while sparing muscle mass. The protocol contains 2 key components – weight loss and a healthier lifestyle education to assist you in maintaining your results after dieting.

On the side of weight loss, the Ideal Protein Method attacks the root cause of weight gain– your body’s overabundance of insulin. The method limits carbohydrates forcing the body into burning fat stores to provide energy. As daily carbohydrate intake is limited and your body’s need for insulin is sharply reduced, your pancreas (the body’s producer of insulin) is given an opportunity to rest.

On the side of lifestyle education, our FDA approved labeled products are only available through trained and certified health professionals. Dr Laura Brenner helps guide the dieter through the program and beyond. This valuable process serves to educate and encourage our clients with a consistent method that is scientifically proven and deemed by most as easy to execute and maintain.

We host free information sessions regarding Ideal Protein and how it can help with both small and large amounts of desired weight loss. We invite you to call us (303-939-0004) for the best time to join Dr. Laura Brenner to learn more about how we can help you.
