Serves 2-3 Difficulty: Easy
Ingredients:
-1 teaspoon ground allspice
-1 teaspoon ground cumin
-1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
-1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (can modify amount based on heat preference)
-1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
-1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
-1 pound of skinless boneless chicken breast
Mix the spices in a bowl and make a dry rub. Coat both sides of each chicken breast with the spices.
Preheat grill to medium high heat. Grill for 8-9 minutes per side or until cooked through and juices run clear.
If it’s too cold to grill, bake the chicken at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
