Join us on Sunday, December 11th for a Winter Trail Running Clinic, hosted by Life’s 2 Short Fitness and Runners Roost.
With the official start to winter only a few weeks away, now is the time to prepare to hit the snowy trails. In this clinic we will talk about what to wear, what to bring, special equipment and then head out for a trail run to practice winter running form and techniques in the snow and ice!! Salomon will be coming out to demo some of their winter running gear.
